Security of Your Data
We safeguard your personal information using industry-standard security controls across our data platforms:

• GoDaddy CRM & Services: Data is encrypted with AES-256. We have enabled two-step verification (2SV) for account access to prevent unauthorized logins.
   
• Google Sheets / Workspace: Data is protected via end-to-end encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and backed by regular third-party audits. Access is restricted to authorized league officials using strong passwords and two-factor authentication (2FA).
   
• Jotform: All form submissions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We use encrypted forms, password protection, reCAPTCHA, PCI-compliant payment processing, and two-factor authentication for administrative access.
   

Users may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
   
• Opt out of marketing emails or data sharing (other than as required for league operations).

• We do not accept registrations from outside the United States.

Participation is restricted to individuals 18 years and older.
